Today, I Will Be the Best Believer in Jesus Christ I Can Be

WAIT! This isn't about trying harder, working longer, or striving to please God. 

Just the opposite!  Being the Best Believer in Jesus Christ You Can Be is resting in the life-changing knowledge and experience of being loved by God.

We Believe by experiencing God’s Love in 2 ways:
1. Experiences with God and 
2 Hearing God. 

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:17 NKJV

"Word", in Greek, the original language it was written in, is “rhema.” This is not “graphe” which is the word typically used to mean “scripture” or “logos” (which our Bibles also translate as “word.”)

Rhema means the “spoken word.” 

Faith comes from what God speaks to us. It really is true that “one word from God changes everything.”

Have you ever had a problem, opened your Bible and there’s a verse that has God’s answer to your problem. Most believers have. That’s a “rhema.” God frequently speaks to us through the Bible.

Sometimes, I’m reading my Bible and it’s like a verse “jumps” out at me. It gets my attention. 

Other times, I read the Bible and just know a verse/passage is from God.  God speaks to us in an inner knowing, a still small voice. That’s a “rhema.” 

Faith comes from being loved. 
God, in His love gives us answers to our questions and problems – rhema words.

Other times, God gives us experiences with Him. I have been supernaturally healed by God’s love. He has rescued me from danger by His love. He has provided for me in amazing ways. He has comforted me at times of loss and celebrated with me in times of joy. Each time I feel loved, and my faith and confidence in Him continues to grow.
Believers believe because we experience God’s love. 

ACTIVATION
To be the best believer in Jesus Christ you can be today, let God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit love you!!

1. Renew Your Mind to God’s love for you.
Google: “What does the Bible say about God’s love for us?”

Read through the scriptures until one or two resonate in your heart. Write those scriptures down. Take them with you today. Say them aloud throughout the day. You are renewing your mind to the faith-building truth that you are dearly loved by God.
Experience God’s love through those scriptures. 

2. Ask Jesus, “What do you love about me today?”
Wait. He will answer. Write down His answer. Enjoy being loved by Jesus today.
